Our Volunteers Enrich the Lives of Residents

A team of dedicated Volunteers, under the supervision of the Home’s Volunteer Coordinator, provides a range of support services in and around the Home.  These services include assistance at meal times, taking Residents into the garden and to the shul, social visits, sunshine clubs, arts and crafts activities, bingo, mobile library, hairdressing and delivering meals on wheels.  In addition, our valued Volunteers play the piano and sing for residents, play cards with them and reading.
By giving generously of their time and sharing their talents, our Volunteers enrich the lives of Residents.  We encourage Residents, their families and the wider community to become Maurice Zeffert Home Volunteers and experience the joy of giving
