The Maurice Zeffert Home always works towards a culture of excellence in caring.  This drives our commitment to provide an outstanding service and optimise quality of life for every Resident.
As an integral part of our continuous improvement process we welcome feedback from our residents, their families and other representatives and hold a number of forums to formalise and facilitate this process.  This includes our monthly residents/relatives meetings in each area, as well as an internal suggestions/concerns mechanism and a compliments/feedback mechanism.
Our culture of caring has been verified through continued positive feedback from the Department of Health & Ageing’s Accreditation process.
