Independant Living

The Sir Zelman & Lady Cowan Retirement Village offers 55 two and three bedroom villa units. Residents of the village are fully independent with the convenience of access to all the facilities of the MZH.  An emergency call system is provided.
The ancillary services provided at the Home are available to village residents who are invited to attend shule services, concerts, outings and other functions.
The independent units are resident funded and a maintenance fee is payable on occupation.  Call reception for an admission pack.  All applications are entered onto our waiting list and prioritised in that order.
No government subsidies are guaranteed on these units
